• 2009-5-8 Jon McLachlan will hold regular 8am-9am office hour, but changed from 4:15pm-5:15pm to 5:15pm-6:15pm. If folks still want to chat after 6:15pm, then the PM office hours will go as long as need be.
• 2009-5-4 The tenth and last assignment is posted, and will be graded if submitted before the final examination.

• 2009-4-3 The sixth and seventh programming assignments are posted. You should have received access to your personal MySQL database for use with these assignments via your university email. See the Other Documentation for information on how to manipulate your database via SQL from the command line, and specifically how to change your password which you should do first. Suitable queries for the assignments are suggested in the assignment definitions.

• 2009-2-17 Read Griswold chapters 2 through 6 inclusive and try your hand at the new warmup exercises in the Other Documentation.

• 2009-2-10 Read Flanagan §14.4, §18.2, §18.3 and Griswold et al Chap. 1 and Chap. 2 up to p. 20, and see the suggested exercises for the latter in the Other Documentation.
