May 8
- Prof. Swanson will hold office hours on Monday, 1:15-3:00 at 1701 University Avenue, room 211, as usual next week.  The teaching assistants will not hold office hours next week (exam week), however.

The day class final exam is Tuesday, May 12, 8:00-10:00 am, Fraser Hall 101 & 102

The evening class final exam is Tuesday, May 12, 6:30-8:30 pm, EE/CS 3-230

The final exam is comprehensive with some emphasis placed on topics since the written midterm exam. Here are a review document  listing topics to be covered and sample questions from previous exams. There will be review sessions led by Teaching Assistants as follows:

- Due to the water damage repairs in the EE/CS building, the TA office hours normally held in the 2-170 lab will be held in the EE/CS 4-250 lab until further notice.  The back row of this lab has UNIX systems.  The lab sections will meet in the 2-120 lab as usual.

January 19
- Please get an ITLabs computer account for Spring Semester 2009 before attending the first lab section meeting, if possible.  This can be done online at http://www.itlabs.umn.edu/.

You can also register for your ITLabs account during the first lab section meeting but then you may have to complete the first lab assignment outside of the lab section time.

Note: Students in Lab Sections 4 and 5 that meet on Tuesdays must attend the lab on Tuesday, january 20, even though they will not attend the first lecture until Wednesday.
