11/13/2009 For practice this week, here are some recommended exercises:  Carrano Ch. 12: Ex. 2, 4, 9; Ch. 21: Ex. 2, 3, 9; Ch. 22: Ex. 1 

11/11/2009 Homework #3 deadline has been extended to Saturday 11/14 before midnight.

11/9/2009 For practice of last week's lecture material here are some recommended exercises:  Carrano Ch. 9: Questions 9-17 (pg. 260-262), Ex. 4, 5, 10, 24

11/9/2009 Prof. Myers will have office hrs. from 2:30-3:30pm and from 5:30-6:30pm today instead of the usual 2:30-4:30pm.  Next week we'll go back to the normal schedule.

11/3/2009 HW #3 is now posted on the Homework page.  It will be due on Thursday, 11/12 before midnight.

10/30/2009 For practice this week, here are some exercises: Lab 5 from Fall 2008, Carrano Ch. 5: Ex. 3, 4, 7;  Ch 6: Ex. 7,9;  Ch 7: Ex. 7

10/26/2009 Prof. Myers is out of town Mon-Wed, so no office hours at the usual times.  He will hold them 4-5:30pm on Thursday (10/29) this week.

10/12/2009 Homework #2 is now posted.  The assignment will be due on 10/27 (before midnight).

10/5/2009 Dane's Thursday office hours have been moved to 5:15-6:15pm.

9/22/2009 We found a typo in the Homework #1 description and a bug in one of the jUnit test cases.  Please go to the homework page (http://www-users.itlabs.umn.edu/classes/Fall-2009/csci1902/index.php?page=homework) to download update versions of both.  Sorry for the confusion!

9/9/2009 Class meets today at 1:25 in Phys 133.  If you don't have one already, remember to register for an IT labs account by clicking here: https://wwws.cs.umn.edu/account-management/.  Please register before your recitation section next Tuesday, 9/15.
