Project Group Information Form

Each group should submit one copy of this form, with information on all of the group members. E-mail the information to these two addresses: terveen@cs.umn.edu, torre107@umn.edu

You should include the following information:

  1. Project name, brief description
  2. For each group member, list their ...
    • Name
    • Student ID
    • Preferred e-mail address
    • Weekly schedule. This will be used to determine when your group will be available for your weekly TA meetings
  3. Availability for weekly TA meeting. List the times your entire group is available to meet each week, selected from the times listed on the staff page
  4. Availability for Prototype presentations. Can your group present during these times?
    • Monday October 6th, 9:30 - 11:00
    • Wednesday October 8th, 9:30 - 11:00
    • Friday October 10th, 9:30 - 11:00
  5. Availability for Open House. Indicate YES for a slot if at least 3 of the group members are available for at least one hour during that slot.
    • Monday December 8th, 6:30-8:30 pm
    • Tuesday December 9th, 6:30-8:30 pm
